Thank you for considering PAPAGAYO Band for your event! We are a San Francisco-based Brazilian and Smooth Jazz cover band specializing in bringing a fun and sophisticated atmosphere to any occasion.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between PAPAGAYO Band ("Band") and you, the Client ("Client"), regarding the Band's performance at your event.

1. Booking and Confirmation:

• To book the Band, please contact us by phone or email with your event details.
• A confirmed booking requires a signed written agreement stating the agreed upon fees which will be due at the end of the performance. 
• Fees should be deposited via Zelle into the Papagayoband account. 
• Our performance fee is based on several factors, including event duration, location, and band size.
• Please contact us for a personalized quote.
• Travel fees may apply for events outside of San Francisco.

3. Performance Time and Setlist:

• Standard performance duration is two sets of 45 minutes each, with a 15-minute break in between. 
• Additional sets or extended sets can be negotiated for an additional fee.
• The Band will work with the Client to create a setlist that complements the event's atmosphere.
• Client requests for specific songs are welcome, but the Band reserves the right to adjust the setlist at its discretion.

4. Equipment and Sound System:

• Papagayo Band will provide adequate sound and lights to the venue, if it's a large venue extra sound and lights may be required at an additional charge.
• The Client is responsible for any venue-specific sound limitations or permits.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel for any reason, a two week cancellation period is required.
• In the case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Band from performing (e.g., illness), the Band will use all reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement band. If a replacement cannot be found, the Band will refund the Client's full fee.

6. Additional Provisions:

• The Band will arrive at the venue at least one hour before the performance start time for set-up and sound check.
• The Client agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for the Band's equipment and members.
• Meals and refreshments should be provided for the Band during extended performances.
• Client agrees to provide adequate ac outlets inside or outdoors. 

7. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Band and the Client regarding the performance.
